I designed this plug for my detachable towbar on my Kia Rio.

Instructions:

The Inventor (ipt) file is attached, allowing you to make any modifications you wish.
The uncut version of the plug is included: 'towbar_bottom_plug'.
Printing settings: change the orientation of the part holding the clips to minimize the need for support. Only 4 small custom supports are needed for the pins on the second half.
