This mount is designed to sit on the front console of a Kia Stinger, ahead of the shifter with the slide door closed against it to secure it in place. The hole on the right side is for passing through a charging/data cable.
This specific model is for a Samsung Galaxy S21 without a case, but should work reasonably well for any phone with smaller dimensions.
Note that this model is more solid and tapered slightly to follow the lines of the console.
