This is a special 6.5" speaker adapter designed for various Volkswagen models. It consists of two parts:

Rigid PETG adapter
Flexible TPU baffle

The total thickness of the spacer is 30 mm, allowing for the installation of speakers with a mounting depth of at least 2.7 inches (≈68 mm). This setup enables secure installation of aftermarket speakers in place of the stock ones while keeping them out of the water and pressed tightly against the door.
