Camera Cleaner for Kia Niro Hybrid 2020

This camera cleaner is designed for the Kia Niro hybrid 2020 model but should also work with older models.

Materials Required:

• Dish sponge
• Scissors
• Two screws
• Screwdriver

Make sure the screws are no longer than 15 mm and 3.3 mm thick. They should easily pass through the lid and not stick out when the camera arm and lid are assembled. Using longer or larger screws poses a risk of damaging the model or scratching your car's camera.

This camera cleaner is designed for easy removal of the old sponge and replacement with a new one without glue. Simply slide in a piece of sponge and attach the lid. The sponge piece should be shaped like a mushroom on top, as shown in the picture, so it spreads and gets pressed together with the lid, keeping it in place.

This model was created as free models available were easily breakable and did not fit well. I used a sponge because it retains moisture better for effective camera cleaning. It's a good idea to moisten the sponge with water before use, and nature will take care of the rest. You might try using other materials like microfiber cloth. Experiment to find what works best for you.
