The MK II footrest features a herringbone pattern for extra grip. It balances the foot position, as the existing footrest is 40 mm farther from the left foot compared to the brake pedal.
The footrest is attached to the existing foam underlay with four wood screws.
Printing settings:
- Material: ABS
- Printer: Makerbot Replicator 1 Dual
- Speed: 90/150 mm/s
- Layer thickness: 0.2 mm
- Shells: 2
- Infill: 10%
- Raft and supports: yes (supports are only needed for counterbore assemblies)
- Printing time: approximately 4 hours
