Phone Holder for Car

This is a phone holder designed to fit into a car cupholder without needing to remove it from a wallet case. The slot size is 16mm x 90mm, fitting the Nexus 5x with a Mercury Goospery wallet case. The entire screen is accessible on the Nexus 5x. There is a central hole for a USB-C charger at the bottom and one on the side for headphones.

Note: There is a version available without holes in the cup part (printing will take longer).

The cup part has a diameter of 75mm, fitting perfectly in the pop-out cupholder of a Mitsubishi Delica D:5, although it may be too large for some cupholders. The previous prototype had a diameter of 70mm, which was a bit loose.

It is recommended to print with 20% infill. Printing in PLA does not require supports. Ensure all parts have the correct dimensions for a good result.
