This is a smaller motor pulley for the Mitsubishi Model DB-130G industrial sewing machine. It replaces the stock 109mm pulley with a 50mm pulley, reducing the machine's maximum speed by over 2X.
This is a common modification as belt and pulley sets are available for this purpose. The included Inventor 2018 file allows you to edit the pulley diameter, but it should not be smaller than approximately 45mm. A size larger than 120mm may not fit under the motor's belt guard.
It is recommended to print with PETG (Innova, Nvent, etc.), although ABS or nylon can also be used if preferred.
Installation:
- Refer to the provided printing settings instructions.
- You may wish to include support during printing if necessary.
