This model serves as a replacement for the speedometer drive gear of the W126 vehicle. The gear was developed based on the OpenSCAD project 'parametric_involute_gear_v5.0' by Greg Frost. The original design was modified to achieve the correct appearance and ensure proper printing.
Instructions:
- Download the STL file from the downloads section.
- Use the modified SCAD file to create a different configuration if needed.
- Verify the new gear's compatibility with the odometer.
The current STL version features a slightly larger gear profile for better meshing.
