This cable winder is designed for easy and quick unwinding. Simply pull the two ends of the cable. It accommodates stiffer or longer cables with additional space for the spool.
Features:
- Rounded edges for comfort;
- Ample room for thumb and index fingers to rotate the coil;
- Easy assembly: create two copies to get two halves that fit precisely together using positive and negative pins and glue at the corners.
The design allows printing without any supports at all. Recommended settings include: Elegoo Centauri Carbon with 0.4 PLA preset.
The next step is to design snap inserts for easy open and close.
