These are the visor clips that I designed and printed for my 1989 Mercedes Benz 300E. It must also match: W123, W124, W126, W140, W201. It does not have the means to supply electricity for the vanity mirror and lighting. I used carbon reinforced PETG from 3DXTech (3DXMAX®). Print orientation is important. - The screw cap must be printed on its side. This will give it maximum strength through the "C" hole. - The main clamp should be printed on the reverse side to ensure minimal or no need for supports and also to facilitate load transfer from the screw cap to the screw head. The strength of the assembly is ensured by the screw cap. When the screw cap is pushed into place, its hole grips the visor and transfers the load to the base of the main piece.
