The holder for Wago 222 style connectors allows for a horizontal installation with the screw lugs on the sides.

Instructions:

Secure the holder to the surface using 2 screws or bolts.
Available in 2-wire, 3-wire, and 5-wire variants.
The connector should fit tightly into the holder. Scale the model slightly, if needed, for the best fit.
Print the model on the back with screw lugs vertical.
