This is a jig for sharpening drills on a Dremel router. It features a 118° angle, 7.5° relief, and conical sharpening. The collets are compatible with the following drill diameters:
- C4.stl: 2mm-4mm
- C6.stl: 3.5mm-6mm
- C8.stl: 5.5mm-8.5mm
The drill position and angle can be easily adjusted using the S07.stl (see image). Diamond cutters with a diameter of 22mm or larger can be used. Adjust the position using the full length of the S07.stl (see image) or fine-tune by aligning the drill bit. It is by design that you will need three hands to align the position. Remixes for improvement are welcome.
