Resistor Organizer

A typical resistor drawer and parts organizer, designed for optimized infill and significantly reduced print time. No supports needed.

The drawers can be printed in one of two orientations: standing upright, allowing for about 64 drawers across two build plates, or lying flat, which provides smoother motion but requires around four plates in total.

Important: Printing the drawers upright causes more friction, so I recommend printing them lying down for a smoother feel.

I removed most of the interior walls of the case, leaving only thin borders between the drawers. This significantly reduced print time while maintaining structural strength.

I’ve pre-labeled the entire E12 resistor series in the Labeled Drawers.zip file, with separate drawer and text objects for multi-filament printing. If you’d like custom labels, just open the included Blender file and edit the script to generate your own.

The drawers have a stopper but can easily be removed if necessary. Please comment if you have any feedback or suggestions for future designs!
