This OpenSCAD model is for creating dice with 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 20 sides. You can specify whether the numbering starts at 0 or 1, and whether the faces are counted by units or tens.

STL files for the 6 types of dice are provided for your convenience. By default, each die is approximately 30 mm wide. The code is easily adaptable for other dice geometries in OpenSCAD, provided you define the points and faces as you would in a proper call to polyhedron().
