Introducing 100% printable heart gears, eliminating unsightly bolt holes. The size has been increased to 100mm when assembled for ease of printing the components. You can scale this design up or down as needed.

Printing Instructions:

Print all parts from the list.
Files for gears 1, 3, 5, and 7 are available in case of issues with the four gear plate or if you wish to use different colors.
Use multiple to print four pairs of pins at once.
Plug the short pins into the holes on the small faces of the center block; plug the long pins into the large faces.
Slide each gear onto its corresponding pin, starting from the top for better alignment.

If your gear is too tight or too loose, simply create new pins by adjusting parameters in the scad file or stretching the existing pin file as needed.
