This lightsaber has been completely remade from scratch for better accuracy. The model is broken down into 8 components to minimize support requirements during printing. Some pieces still have external support, such as the control box, but they are easy to clean up.
Assembly Instructions:
- Remove the supports from inside the main body holes.
- Apply hot glue and stick the parts together, starting with Part 1 and progressing upwards.
- For the control box, add hot glue and attach it to the side of Part 3.
Don’t worry about cleaning the insides of the holes completely, the plugs are designed to be 1mm shorter than the depth of the holes.
