This 3D model features a cute octopus with articulated tentacles, made from various segments and ball joints.
Printing Instructions:
- Print one body piece.
- Print one of the 8 tentacle ends.
- Print 7 or more of the 8 tentacle segments.
You can adjust the number of segments depending on the desired length of the tentacles. The tentacle segments and ends have support material pre-added, which you will need to trim away after printing. Individual tentacle segments and ends with and without support are also included.
The body comes in two versions: one with support and one clean version without support. I recommend printing the body at 15% infill and the tentacle segments at 100% infill for strength. Carefully press each ball on a tentacle segment or end into a socket on the central body to assemble all the tentacles.
