This file is designed to test your 3D printer's ability to print complex models.
- Model Size: 4x50x50 mm (base)
- Hole Sizes: 3 holes (3/4/5 mm)
- Nut Size: M4
- Details: pyramid, cone, all numbers rounded
- Minimum Wall Distance: 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 mm
- Overhang Angles: 25°/30°/35°/40°/45°
- Bridge Printing: 2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9 mm
Common Printing Issues:
- Unlevel print bed
- Axis clearance (Y/X/Z)
- Slicer and configuration settings
- Improper retraction settings
- Too high temperature for small details
Recommended Print Settings:
- Infill: 33% or similar
- Layer Height: as small as possible, ideally 0.1 mm or lower
- Print Time: approximately 50 minutes (depending on your printer and settings)
Using a raft is recommended for better print quality.
