There are variations of the body (BB-8_Body_Light.stl, BB-8_Body_Whole.stl), BB-8_Body_InsertB_arm.stl and individual BB-8_Body_SimpleCap.stl files. Some are for previous versions or modifications to the base design. As long as you have a 'body' file selected all variations should be compatible.
