Anet A8 Y-Axis Cable Chain v2

Description of 3D Model:

This model is an improved version of the cable chain designed for the Anet A8 printer. Modifications have been made to enhance usability and efficiency. Key updates include:

• Modified Frame Mount: The part between the frame and the nut has been removed, saving time during installation while maintaining sufficient strength.
• Updated Hotbed Mount: The height of the mount has been reduced to prevent the hotend from hitting the bed when moving to the home position. The height loss is now only 2 mm compared to the original 5-6 mm.
• Enlarged Mount Holes: The holes are now 4 mm in diameter, perfect for the cart screws.

Printing Settings:

It is recommended to use the following settings for printing:

• Infill Density: 20%
• Extruder Temperature: 200°C
• Bed Temperature: 60°C

Assembly Instructions:

1. Print the model using the suggested settings.

2. Install the mount onto the frame, following the instructions for replacing parts.

3. Ensure all connections are secure and wires are neatly organized.

4. Adjust the hotbed to the appropriate height and ensure access to the wiring.
