3D Model of Belt Tensioner for Anet A6 and A8 Printers
This 3D model is designed to improve the tension of the X-belt on Anet A6 and A8 printers. It is made with enhanced strength to ensure reliable device operation.
Required components for assembly:
- All parts are used once (Frame_L and Frame_R are identical).
- 5 M3 screws and bolts (1 piece ~30mm and 4 pieces ~10mm).
The model is easy to print and will allow you to quickly tension the belt for better printing accuracy.
Print settings:
- Recommended extruder temperature: 200-220°C.
- Bed temperature: 60°C.
- Print speed: 50-60 mm/s.
