This design is set up to use M3 brass heated thread inserts and M3x 8mm screws to mount the hub to the bracket. The bracket can then be mounted to the Qidi Box with either 30mm double sided adhesive foam pads or by adhering self-stick metal magnet mounts designed for cell phone mounting in cars. Then 4 - 2mm x6mm magnets hold the hub bracket to the Qidi Box. I used that set up to find the best place on the Qidi Box to mount the hub. The longer feed tube spacer is a design from the internet, not my own except that I modified it. The bracket to hold and keep that spacer and the PTFE tubes aligned is held to the back of the Qidi Box by either self-stick Velcro or by double sided self-stick 30mm foam pad. The bracket uses 2 - M3 threated brass heat set inserts and M3x8mm screws. Again, I used the temporary mount, Velcro, to find the best locations to mount everything, then in my final setup. Once the spacer bracket and hun mount plate are attached to the Qidi Box with double side self-stick foam, the hub and spacer can be removed by removing their 3mm x 8mm screws. I used socket head screws to maintain her wrench compatibility. All the hardware was available from Amazon. Keep total length of filament travel from Qidi box to Qidi printer under 0.5 Meters for 100% reliability. All 3D prints were printed with PETG. keep al PTFE tubes as aligned as possible, with no hard arcs and as consistent as possible.
