Holos for Home Depot R2D2

Model Description: These Holos are designed for the Home Depot R2D2 model, featuring a scaled-down version of the original R2 holograms.

Usage: The Holos enhance the visual appeal of the R2D2 model by adding elements of light and animation.

Construction Features: The model includes a lens that allows light to shine through. For the best effect, it is recommended to print the entire piece in clear PLA or PETG, and leave the lens unpainted.

Printing Recommendations: Use tree supports for printing, which will ensure easy removal. For installation, apply a small amount of super glue to hold the holo in place, then glue the flange of the frame using E-6000 or a similar adhesive. Note that any supporting screws will need to be ground away using a Dremel; take your time and be careful.
