This model features a multi-colour magnetic butterfly designed for multi-colour printers, including the AMS system from Bambu. It comes with a 3MF file for immediate printing.

If using a different printer, colours can be manually assigned in the slicer. Alternative butterfly versions for multi-colour printing without AMS, using simple filament swaps, are also available.

Each butterfly attaches magnetically to its base. To assemble, you will need 6 × 2 mm round magnets and a small amount of super glue. The magnets are inserted into the base, while the butterfly snaps onto the base without glue. The model can also be adapted for other magnet sizes: it includes a base without a magnet hole, allowing you to create an opening suitable for your magnets (using 2 mm thick magnets is recommended).
