This part allows you to replace the cover containing the gears that provide electric folding of the mirrors on the Mercedes Class B W245 and Class A of the same generation.
I recommend printing this part out of ABS. PLA may also be suitable if the part is annealed after printing for better mechanical strength and better heat resistance (it gets hot in the rearview mirror in the summer!).
- Flip the part 180° in X or Y to print it.
- Use supports.
- After printing, re-drill all holes to the correct diameter.
The file corresponds to a part of the driver. The passenger side can be achieved using simple symmetry in your slicer.
