Model Description: A pantograph designed for use with the GG-1 model locomotive. This part replicates elements of a real pantograph, enhancing the model's detail.
Usage: The model is used to improve both the appearance and functionality of the GG-1 model, providing realistic interaction with the overhead wire.
Construction Features: The top part of the pantograph easily snaps on and off the pegs, allowing for maintenance. Note that sizes and tolerances may vary depending on the 3D printer used.
Printing Recommendations: For assembly, you will need:
- #2 screws (12 pieces, shortest length)
- Glue of your choice (super glue recommended)
- 1/16 drill bit to clean up holes
- 5/64 drill bit to enlarge holes if the top pantograph pieces split.
