Snapmaker Pre-Filter Box V2 for Air Purification

Model Description: The Snapmaker Pre-Filter Box V2 is a pre-filter designed to extend the lifespan of the Snapmaker air purifier filter cartridge. This model is based on a 100mm metal filter box and filters compatible with Kärcher WD3 vacuum cleaner.

Purpose: It is installed inline between the Snapmaker enclosure and the air purifier, capturing coarse particles and fumes before they reach the costly Snapmaker filter cartridge.

Design Features:

• Metal filter box housing with two adapters to connect to the Snapmaker air purifier hose.
• The project includes three parts to connect the Kärcher filter to the filter box.
• User-serviceable design – simply replace the filter when needed.

Printing Recommendations: The model can be printed using PLA, but PETG or ABS is recommended for high-temperature applications. Use a silicone seal ring for assembly.
