Model Description: This is a compact and ultralight saw designed specifically for multi-day mountain hikes where every gram counts.

Design Features: The handle is made from a carbon tube measuring 20 mm × 22 mm and 250 mm long, combined with two 3D-printed ABS end caps that secure a standard 240 mm reciprocating saw blade. Weighing approximately 70g, this tool is significantly lighter than any commercial folding saw.

Printing Recommendations: Print both ABS parts and clean their inner channels. Insert them into the ends of the carbon tube, then slide the blade into the slots and secure using the integrated locking features. Use paracord to improve grip or to secure the blade during transport.
