Snapmaker U1 Plastic Spool Adapters (3 Designs)

Model Description: This model features adapters for using plastic spools with the Snapmaker U1 3D printer. The adapters are designed to fit on the side roller wheels that were originally meant for cardboard rolls.

Purpose: The adapters accommodate plastic spools with an outside diameter of 61 mm and an outer ring of 95 mm, making them compatible with most plastic spools available on the market.

Design Features: The edges of the adapters have a rounded radius to prevent the spool from rubbing against the sides. The spool can be mounted in either direction, but placing it with the brim towards the printer is recommended for added strength. The design allows the spool to rotate freely, reducing wear.

Printing Recommendations: Print time is approximately 1 hour per adapter. It is advised to use a 0.6 mm nozzle for faster prints. There are three models with varying material usage: Solid (55.29 g), Cutout (42.71 g), and Minimalistic (35.28 g). For the fastest print, choose the Solid model, and for material efficiency, opt for the Minimalistic model.
