Brake cooling ducts enhance the racing aesthetics of the Triumph Trident 660. Required hardware includes:

  • 2 M6 screws with washers
  • Groover locking washer (check screw length to avoid contact with brake discs)
  • M8 threaded bar
  • M8 self-locking nuts and corresponding washers

Printing tips:

  • Print two "L_top_1.0" parts for plugs on each side.
  • Use PETG or a high-performance polymer.
  • Print ducts with the front face down; support is only needed for the large hole.
  • Employ a small file or sandpaper to smooth seams.
  • Keep print speeds at or below 200 mm/s for optimal results.

Note: The right duct is a mirror of the left and may require cutting a slot for the ABS sensor. A Dremel tool is recommended for clean cuts. An additional shim has been added to fill the gap between the left duct and the fork. Gcode is designed for the Creality K1C printer using PETG; customize it for your specific printer/filament.
