Enigma Puzzle is an intriguing 3D brain teaser invented by Douglas A. Engel. It features two intersecting rotating discs, each containing six stones and six bones of varying shapes.
In its initial state, the puzzle is divided into ten color-sorted zones, creating an ordered appearance. However, random disc rotations reveal a complex mosaic of colors.
Printing Profiles:
- No AMS: Print using multiple plates for different colors and glue them together afterward.
- With Two AMS: Allows printing all parts colored on one plate.
- In-Place Variant: Initial printing attempt that works but requires refinement.
After printing, assemble the pieces following the instructions. You can also find .step files for printing individual elements. The puzzle's creation was inspired by a schematic published in 1988.
