Using existing threaded holes to fit a front fender to a 1982 Honda CB 750. The assembly consists of one pre-tensioned mounting part combined with the actual fender, which has holes for M5 threaded wire inserts.
Printing Instructions:
- Printed in PLA on a Makerbot Replicator 2.
- Includes two supportive columns on the fender part.
- Layer thickness: 0.4 mm.
- Number of shells: 4.
- Infill: 20%.
- Support and raft required.
- M5 threaded wire inserts.
Minor adjustments may be needed with sandpaper inside the holes and on the mounting pins.
