Speaker Adapter for Honda Civic 92-95

This is a speaker adapter designed for the 92-95 Honda Civic. It allows you to install a larger 6.5" speaker in the stock location.

Specifications:

• Inner ring diameter of 145 mm (top), slightly smaller on the bottom
• Outer ring diameter of approximately 180 mm
• The ring is about 1 mm taller than the stock adapter

The adapter is designed to use the stock screws for attachment to the door. There are no fitment issues with windows; they clear even when fully rolled down. I printed mine at 0.3 mm in 3 pieces, and the parts fit together very tightly. One ring required some light sanding to fit, but the joint is still tight and strong.

For a better job, consider using some type of foam tape on the back of this adapter to help seal it against the car door. Avoid using tape that is too thick, unless it's easily compressible.
