This key fob housing is an enhanced version of the three-button Honda Civic key fob housing replacement from drwatson6.
Key modifications:
- Addition of a trunk button hole.
- Slight extrusion at the front to fit M4 10mm screw holes.
- Widening the key ring hole to 10mm for extra stability.
- Guiding knobs to secure halves before full assembly.
- Optional logo inlay on the back of the key.
Assembly:
You will need three M4 10mm socket head cap screws and three corresponding nuts. Make sure to widen the hole in the key with a 5/32” drill bit.
Important: Ensure that the new hole is centered and that you have the key's security chip.
