This is a pocket-sized turbo whistle that emits a loud and extremely annoying WHEEEEEEEEEEE when blown into. The design was inspired by Instructables user Kiteman, who published a perspex laser cut version.

Printing Settings and Instructions:

The rotor sits on the spindle and the lid is glued on with cyanoacrylate adhesive.
For best performance, slightly sand the parts in contact to remove any roughness from printing.
A drop of light oil or silicone spray in the works before gluing will also help reduce friction.

The ZIP file contains files for the body, rotor, and lid in RSDOC format and STL format, as well as SketchUp (V8) format files, a THING file for direct use on a MakerBot, and a file with just one rotor blade for experimenting with geometry.
