This functional platform jack prints fully assembled without supports.

Print settings:

Printed with a 0.3mm layer height and 15% infill took 4 hours on a Replicator 2.
The original model was printed with a 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill, using a raft, and took 6 hours.

Before attempting to twist the screw, inspect the print to ensure that no pieces are fused together. The screw will initially be fused to the top crossbeam, but if you give it a clockwise twist, it should separate and turn freely. The jack can support up to 20 pounds when fully extended.
