Prodos is the second prototype of a bipedal robot from the Biped project, aimed at creating an open-source, dynamically balancing walking robot that can be 3D printed.

This model is used to demonstrate the coordination of simple limb actuation using a microcontroller. Prodos features 8 degrees of freedom and can perform simple walking actions.

Key Features:

  • Utilizes an Arduino Duemilanove microcontroller
  • User interface via OLED display and a 4-button panel
  • 8 degrees of freedom

Printing Recommendations: Please note that the selected servos are economical and not powerful enough to support the robot's weight, hence Prodos needs to be externally supported while walking.
