We present the new smaller version of the Test Your 3D Printer!
Features:
- 75% volume reduction compared to version 1 — only 2.52 cm³.
- Optimized 3D print design with higher resolution wall thickness.
- Suitable for 0.48 mm extrusion width.
- This is a hard to print test file.
Use this file to check your printer's readiness for complex prints. Test details:
- Object size: 2x50x30 mm (baseplate).
- Hole sizes: 3 holes (3/4/5 mm).
- Nut size: M4.
- Minimum distance & walls: 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6/0.7 mm.
- Overhang angles: 25°/30°/35°/40°/45°.
- Print types: wave, half sphere.
Printing Settings:
- Infill: 33% or similar.
- Extrusion width: 0.48 mm.
- Layer height: 0.1 mm.
- Print time: about 30 minutes, depending on your printer & settings.
- You can use a raft.
